Today I am sharing three short poems I wrote as part of a journey I’ve been on to write down the many lessons I have learned from other people. This process returns me again and again to gratitude for all of the wise hearts in my life. “Everyone is my teacher,” my therapist said to me long ago. I finally understand what she meant.
