QUESTION:

My sister is a drug addict. She's been using on and off for 21 years and relapsed again at the beginning of Covid. It's a very tough topic for me. My therapist has suggested I write poetry about it like I have with every other tough topic in my life but I just can't. I could be in the zone to word vomit my feelings and I just choke on the words…
